L'album è stato registrato presso il Nefertari studio di Brescia sotto la guida di Giulio Minelli, chitarrista della band. Il Mix è stato affidato a Stefano Morabito e al suo 16th Cellar Studio (Hour of Penance, Fleshgod Apocalypse Agony Face), per poi passare a masterizzare presso gli Hertz Studio (Behemoth, Antropofagus, Vader) in Polonia. "Cosa Nostra", questo è il nome dell'album, è un lavoro pieno di energia e rappresenta pienamente il nuovo stile intrapreso dalla band, che è riuscita a creare la più estrema e allo stesso tempo raffinata delle proprie produzioni. Il concept, come suggerisce il titolo, è incentrato sulla mafia, le gangs italiane e la crudeltà dei crimini che hanno commesso nel corso degli anni. "Una storia vera di violenza italiana, raccontata da veri bastardi italiani".

The album was recorded at the Nefertari studio in Brescia under the leadership of Giulio Minelli, former guitarist of the band. The Mix has been entrusted to Stefano Morabito and his 16th Cellar Studio (Hour of Penance, Fleshgod Apocalypse Agony Face), and then switch to burning at the Hertz Studio (Behemoth, Antropofagus, Vader) in Poland. "Cosa Nostra", this is the name of the album, is a work full of energy and fully represents the new style undertaken by the band, which has managed to make the most extreme and at the same refined their productions. The concept, like the title suggests, is dedicated to the Mafia, the Italian gangs and the cruelty of the crimes which they have committed over the years.
